Dr. Strand has developed and implemented over 100 organizational improvement programs in sales and marketing strategies, leadership-building, organizational design, employee selection and development, productivity improvement, quality-control, and customer loyalty.

Dr. Strand is best known for helping organizations establish and implement accountability standards and performance measurements of employees, teams, and functions in numerous industries including finance, manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, agriculture, transportation, retail, government, and mobile communications.
