Alan Attridge

Founder and Chaiman

Mr. Attridge has enjoyed careers as an entrepreneur, executive, research scientist, professor, lecturer, author, reporter, consultant and researcher in such diverse fields as cell biology, food and beverage manufacturing, consumer products, food science and nutrition, energy, software, hospitality, medical equipment, pharmacology and medicine.  He is an accomplished leader with a strong portfolio of successes orchestrating the start-up, growth, and or optimization of diverse companies and projects.

Christoph Weber, Ph.D.

Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Christoph Weber is a seasoned, creative and versatile technical leader, with a knack for presenting and explaining complex scientific and technical subjects in plain English. He has held leadership positions in IT and systems and database administration for Scripps Research Institute, Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Research Institute, SageTree, BIZX, SlashDot/SourceForge Media, and Achieve Internet from 1997 to 2019.  Jolla.

Nina Fishman Attridge, M.Ed.

Nina Fishman Attridge is an expert on organizational development, training, and employee development and engagement in the workplace.  She is a skilled facilitator, strategic advisor, and writer. She has led large scale team building, change management, executive coaching, and leadership development projects.  Her work helped Fortune 100 companies as well as non-profits achieve their noble goals.

Gary H. Richardson

Chief of Grow and Manufacturing

Mr. Richardson has over thirty-five years of entrepreneurial, executive and operational experience with agricultural, life science, and biotechnology companies worldwide. He has founded numerous companies, and has been a director of companies in the US, Italy and India. Mr. Richardson has held numerous leadership roles in various organizations to include CEO, president, EVP and director. 

Munzer Sundos, Ph.D.

Chief Development Officer

Dr. Sundos has more than twenty-five years of a stellar track record of increasing market share, profitability and product offering of startups as well as global corporations.  His extensive experience in strategy and operations as well as in building businesses to global market leaders includes driving strategic growth and stakeholder value, as well as developing profitable partnerships and forging global strategic alliances. 

Francis W. Ruscetti Ph.D.

Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Ruscetti’s pioneering work was as a co-discoverer of interleukin-2, interleukin-5, and interleukin-15. These discoveries were key to the understanding of T cell immunology, cytokine regulation of inflammation and efficacy and toxicity of immune therapy.  He is also the co-discoverer of the regulatory effects of transforming growth factor-beta on hematopoietic stem cells. His was the first demonstration of long-term growth of human cord blood stem cells.  In 1991, he was awarded the NIH Distinguished Service Award “in recognition of fundamental co-discoveries of Interleukin-2, the first human leukemia virus, and for the discovery of hematopoietic regulatory activities of transforming growth factor beta”.

Henry M. Grage, Jr., BS MS

Product Development and Research
Mr. Grage has over 26 years of experience in therapeutic product development and technology management.  His drug development expertise started with tumor drugs at MD Anderson Cancer Center and cardiovascular drugs at Pharmaceutical Research Institute, Ortho, and Corvas. Additionally, Mr. Grage was responsible for the development of diabetes and cardiovascular disease therapeutics while employed at Roche Corporation (formerly Boehringer Mannheim) and LifeScan (a Johnson and Johnson company).

Carol Anne Chan, RN., MPH.​

Carol Anne Chan is an RN with special training in whole body wellness, nutrition, circulation, detoxing and acute & chronic pain management. Early in her career worked as an RN in Labor & Delivery, ICU, Cardiology and Women’s Health Clinics. After her MPH worked as a RN Research Coordinator in AIDS, women’s health, teen pregnancy, pediatrics, cardiology, and pain management. during 5 years in pain medicine clinic at the Naval Med San Diego, she initiated and co-wrote a grant for an integrated mind body wellness program for military personnel with disabling pain. This program continues and is very successful with 70% returning to active service

Henry M. Grage, Jr., BS MS

Stephen L. Chan DMD

Dr. Stephen L. Chan is a Biological Whole Body Health Dentist. Dr. Chan has over 37 years of experience with expertise in all major aspects of dentistry, including general, cosmetic and holistic dentistry. He makes the mouth & body connection. He understands how bacteria and toxins in the mouth effect the whole body and chronic disease. He was trained as an oral reconstructive surgeon and stays up on all the latest oral surgery techniques as well. He encourages his patients to live healthy lifestyles and to eat clean organic foods.

Gailmarie Scott Ph.D. (honorary)

A former licensed nurse who left the medical field after realizing it was a “medicine” field, and not the kind of “food as medicine and medicine as food” about which Hippocrates spoke. Upon discovering MyShrooms, she realized it is an organic medicinal solution to many, many of the world’s ills and is on a mission to let the world know.

Marian McTaggart BS

Marian is an analyst and customer service team member. She has an In-depth understanding of liability and health insurance laws, human resources, regulations, claims, investigation and legal matters from managing numerous cases and projects for three Insurance companies.  Knowledge of the field of Optometry and Medicine and the administrative and financial processes involved.

David Arshawsky

David Arshawsky is an award winning designer, artist, teacher, and writer, from southern California. He comes from a family very involved in different aspects of science and health. He has been working with MyShroom for 10 years.

James F. Prochaska, MS, PE

Mr. James F. Prochaska has developed well over 100,000 acres in agriculture and environmental projects ranging from Florida, California, Washington, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico and internationally in Mexico and China. Over the past twenty-five years Mr. Prochaska has participated in numerous feasibility studies, along with engineering design and consulting services in Central America, South America, China, India and Israel.

Dr. Antonio J. Grillo-Lopez, M.D.

Dr. Grillo-Lopez Serves as Consultant of clinical research and regulatory strategy to the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and to several biotechnology companies.  Dr. Grillo-Lopez served as the Chief Medical Officer Emeritus of IDEC Pharmaceuticals Corporation (now Biogen Idec, Inc.).

L. Scott Laravea B.B.A

Mr. Laravea began his banking career in energy lending focused on both industry specific commercial and production-based loans at what is now the flagship Bank of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City.  Ultimately, he transitioned to real estate lending to large, nationally recognized and also regional developers at what is now the flagship Chase Bank in Dallas, TX.

Hans Parge Ph.D.

Hans Parge’s background is biomedical research and pharmaceutical drug discovery. From 1993 to 2009 his career was structure based drug design. In 2009 Dr. Hans took early retirement and moved into the world of wellness, prevention and youthful aging, leaving the world of treatment and cure behind . He now educates people on real healthcare and lifestyle management skills.

Michael J. Murphy, Esq.

Since 2012 Mr. Murphy has practiced law as an independent practitioner, working on a wide range of domestic and international transactions utilizing his drafting and negotiating skills, and his political contacts.   Mr. Murphy has also continued to act in a support role for certain litigation matters.

Mary T. Duda

Mary has been a technology industry leader and forward thinker for over three decades. Starting out with the technological explosion in the 1980’s, she developed a reputation as an authoritative voice on the development and application of new media, animation and VFX technology for entertainment and education. From Computer Graphics to Virtual Reality. Mary with a group of scholars at UCLA created the term “edutainment” as a way to explain a new form of education. 

Frederick (Rick) Cardin, PhD

Dr. Cardin is Director of Cambridge Strategy Group, LLC, where he advises clients on building their businesses through strategy, financing and marketing.   He typically participates in the equity of its clients and is actively involved in helping them to set and reach their goals. Dr. Cardin brings expertise and experience in creative financing, marketing, strategic planning, business development and franchising across a range of industries.
