Mr. Richardson has over thirty-five years of entrepreneurial, executive and operational experience with agricultural, life science, and biotechnology companies worldwide. He has founded numerous companies, and has been a director of companies in the US, Italy and India. Mr. Richardson has held numerous leadership roles in various organizations to include CEO, president, EVP and director. 

He is actively involved in establishing collaborative relationships, joint ventures, research facilities and investment opportunities; a proven entrepreneur in generating new business opportunities, exploiting market niches and establishing strategic business relationships around the world. He is an executive committee member of the Texas A&M International Board, a former trustee of the Texas A&M Research Foundation, and a former director & chairman of the Brazos Valley World fest in College Station.  He has been a director of companies in the US, Italy, India, and a member of the A&M Research Park Advisory Committee. Additionally, he is a member and past chairman of the College of Agriculture Development Council and an advisor to the Academy of Future International Leaders at Texas A&M University. He is a 2014 inductee in the Tyrus R. Timm Honor Registry of agricultural economics graduates of Texas A&M University.
