Mr. Laravea began his banking career in energy lending focused on both industry specific commercial and production-based loans at what is now the flagship Bank of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. Ultimately, he transitioned to real estate lending to large, nationally recognized and also regional developers at what is now the flagship Chase Bank in Dallas, TX. Real estate development (in excess of $200M) and consulting activities span various product types across the country from retail, multi-family and subdivision lot development in both institutional (Guaranty Federal Service Corp. in Dallas, TX and the former Archstone Communities, a NYSE traded REIT in Atlanta, GA) and entrepreneurial (sole principal and development partner) roles.
Mr. Laravea is an active board member of The First Tee of the Inland Empire.
